Megan and Todd { Engagement }, Louisiana Wedding Photographer

We had such a great time doing these engagements with Megan & Todd! They make such a great couple that their excitement for their future truly shows in their faces. We look forward to shooting their wedding later this month!

We have two more images to share with you which are a sneak peek of Megan's bridal pictures and a few of the couple together. Todd arrived blindfolded so to save his eyes from seeing his bride until their wedding day! He was such a great sport and looked quite dapper in his tux too! We will share the rest with you later in the month! Enjoy!!

Tori { Senior }

I was very excited to have the opportunity to take Tori's senior pictures.  Tori's sister, Ashley, and I have been friends for about 15 years now, so I met Tori about ten years ago when I went with Ashley to visit her family in Texas. This was also the last time I saw Tori, so in my mind I remember a little girl of about 7 or 8. So it was nice to see her again after all this time and to see the beautiful young lady she has become.  Her outer beauty is equally matched by a beautifully sweet and subtle personality....

Congratulations, Tori, on your early graduation and I wish you all the best in your future endeavors! Enjoy!

It is with much excitement that I finally, officially present to you HALCYON Photographie & Design!!!

I began this journey almost a year ago and have been incredibly blessed along the way.  So much so that I admittedly became a little overwhelmed! So while I've still been doing some work here and there, I've also stepped back in an effort to clearly identify a process, streamline my approach, and develop my skill-set. And so after some time away & careful planning I am very excited to say that 'Sarah Martin Photography' is now officially HALCYON Photographie & Design, LLC!!!

With this comes the official launch of my WEBSITE and this adjoining blog! Here I will post information on current sessions, new products, and the happenings here at Halcyon.  I have many things to share, but all in due time! For now, let's take a look at the new website!
