Friday's Light of Hope Event

We returned from last Friday's Light of Hope event incredibly humbled and with heavy hearts.  We live in such a fast paced society that we often take so much for granted.... and little time to stop and see what is happening around us.  It was said at this event that everyday in our region children are removed from their homes for various reasons.  More than we ever hear of... and there is a need in our community to help these children.

HALCYON Photographie & Design is honored to be able to support our local CASA program & Volunteers for Youth Justice at the 9th ANNUAL LIGHT OF HOPE EVENT at the Louisiana Boardwalk.  


The Light of Hope Event is the kickoff to the month of April's Child Abuse Awareness campaign. The event will feature STOMP, high school bands and dance teams, face painting, clowns, SAFETY TOWN, and much more! Bring out the family and come enjoy and get educated about the many services available in our community for children and families along with the chance to win one of many great prizes!
